Inspection Overview
A home inspection is a thorough, in-depth visual examination of the structure
and operating components of the home performed by trained professionals.
A trained inspector will be at your home
for 2 to 3 hours. And you're invited to follow the inspector step by step. We want you to come along and see for yourself.
Ask lots of questions. We expect it. When the inspection is over, the inspector will prepare a property inspection
report that gives easy-to-read details on your home and its components, including:
- The condition of components from the roof to the basement.
- How things work.
- Major and minor deficiencies.
- How to remedy minor deficiencies.
- Any major expenditures coming up.
- What to watch out
for.
- Helpful home preservation tips.
Then the inspector will review the report with you to make sure you understand
everything. Of course, you get to keep the 33-page bound report.
Our inspection service takes pride in every inspection
we perform. Our inspectors are highly trained, knowledgeable and professional.
